I'm Jūnna — pilates teacher, fitness instructor, and psychologist (MSc).
I grew up as a gymnast, so movement has always been part of who I am. Over the years I've become fascinated by the relationship between movement and mental wellbeing — which is where my psychology background quietly shapes everything I do.
At Jūnna Mind & Motion I teach three classes, each with their own purpose. Pilates for Runners grew from something personal — I started giving my partner pilates sessions for injury prevention and running-specific strength, and seeing how much it helped him, I wanted to bring the same to more runners. Power Pilates is for anyone who wants to move with energy and feel alive. Restorative Pilates is for when you need to slow down and come back to yourself.
Together they support you as a runner, challenge and energize you, or restore you — whatever you need.
