These Terms & Conditions apply to all classes, services, and bookings offered by Junna Mind & Motion.
All classes must be booked in advance via the Momoyoga booking platform.
A booking is confirmed only after full payment or registration has been completed.
Junna Mind & Motion reserves the right to refuse a booking without providing a reason, provided this is not in violation of applicable anti-discrimination law.
All prices are listed on the booking platform and include applicable taxes.
Payment is processed online via the Momoyoga booking platform. Accepted payment methods are listed on the booking platform and may change from time to time.
Class passes are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Participants are informed of the 3-month validity at the time of purchase. By purchasing a class pass, participants explicitly accept these conditions. Unused credits expire after this period and are non-refundable. In accordance with Dutch consumer law (Wet koop op afstand), participants acknowledge that the right of withdrawal (herroepingsrecht) lapses upon activation of the pass or attendance of the first class, whichever is earlier, and explicitly waive this right from that point.
Participants may cancel their booking at any time before the start of the class for a full credit refund. Cancellations are processed automatically through the Momoyoga platform.
If a participant does not cancel and does not attend the class, no refund or credit will be given.
If Junna Mind & Motion cancels a class, all participants will be notified as soon as possible and will receive a full credit refund.
Class passes are personal and non-transferable.
Class passes are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
Expired credits are non-refundable.
Class passes cannot be exchanged for cash.
Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
Participants who are pregnant are advised that some activities may not be suitable during pregnancy. Participants are requested to inform the instructor before class so that appropriate modifications can be offered.
Participants with injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations are advised to consult a doctor or physiotherapist before participating. By booking a class, participants confirm they are in suitable physical health to participate.
Junna Mind & Motion is not a medical provider. Classes are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.
Please arrive on time. Latecomers may be refused entry to avoid disruption to other participants.
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward the instructor and other participants at all times.
Junna Mind & Motion reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or unsafe.
Advertised class durations are approximate. Classes may run shorter or longer than stated due to reasons including but not limited to weather conditions, venue circumstances, participant needs, or other factors outside the instructor’s control.
Junna Mind & Motion will only take photographs or video recordings of participants with their prior verbal consent. Participants will always be asked before any photos or videos are taken or published.
Participants may withdraw their consent and request removal of any photo or video featuring them at any time by contacting Junna Mind & Motion via email.
Participants are not permitted to photograph or film other participants without their explicit consent.
All class content, programmes, and materials created by Junna Mind & Motion are the intellectual property of Junna Mind & Motion and may not be reproduced or shared without prior written permission.
Junna Mind & Motion reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on the website.
For material changes, participants will be notified at least 14 days in advance via email.
Minor changes — such as clarifications, corrections, or additions that do not materially affect participants’ rights — will be published on the website without prior notice.
Continued use of our services after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Complaints regarding our classes or services can be submitted via email to hi@junnamindmotion.com and will be addressed within 14 days of receipt.
In cases of force majeure — including but not limited to illness, extreme weather, or venue unavailability — Junna Mind & Motion will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected classes. If rescheduling is not possible, participants will receive a full credit refund. Junna Mind & Motion is not liable for any inconvenience or loss resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
All training is at your own risk. Junna Mind & Motion and its instructor(s) are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising during or after participation, unless caused by negligence, gross negligence, or intentional misconduct.
Always consult a medical professional before starting a new fitness programme.
Junna Mind & Motion takes all reasonable professional precautions to ensure the safety and wellbeing of participants during classes. However, participation in pilates, fitness, movement, and relaxation classes involves inherent physical risks. For the full terms of risk acknowledgement, health requirements, and liability, participants are referred to the Junna Mind & Motion Liability Waiver, which must be agreed to before booking a class.
This limitation of liability does not apply in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct on the part of Junna Mind & Motion.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, as required by mandatory Dutch law (Burgerlijk Wetboek).
Participants are required to report any injury, incident, or concern arising from participation in a class to Junna Mind & Motion as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 14 days after the incident occurred. Reports can be submitted by email to hi@junnamindmotion.com. Prompt reporting allows Junna Mind & Motion to respond appropriately and maintain accurate records.
Failure to report an incident within this period does not affect a participant’s legal rights but may affect the ability of Junna Mind & Motion to investigate and respond effectively.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes will first be addressed through good faith communication between the parties. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Den Haag.
These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the intent of the parties as described herein shall prevail. A Dutch version is available upon request. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Junna Mind & Motion Privacy Statement.
